Special conditions
- The company must be registered for all types of taxes if its activities require it
- The amount required must not exceed five years since the tax linking
- The tax assessment must be linked to the year to be recovered
- The taxpayer must have submitted all tax declarations
- The taxpayer must have paid all due taxes
