  • The applicant must be specialized in the scientific field relevant to the subject of the meeting (specific specialization each year).
  • The applicant must provide a strong recommendation letter from their academic advisor or a renowned scientist in the field who is fully acquainted with the applicant and his\her scientific accomplishments.
  • The applicant must be distinguished in his\her academic field.
  • If the applicant holds a master's or doctorate degree, he\she must be a researcher who has previously published several research papers in his\her scientific field.
  • Complete proficiency in the English language.

  • Submit the appeal request with a copy of the first instance judgment , the documents supporting its appeal, and the personal identification documents of the appeal submitter and the power of attorney if the appeal is submitted by an authorized lawyer and copies of the appeal request should be provided in the same number as the parties being appealed against, as well as one copy for the court registry.
  • Requirements in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law and other laws related to Tax Appeal such as Tax Law.
