Resume Court Decision before the Tax Circuit

This service enables you to file an appeal within (30) days from the day following the date of issuance of the first instance judgment, in accordance with the Articles (204, 214, and 219) of the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law. The appeal is to be submitted to the Court Registry, accompanied by proof of fees payment.

Steps

Special conditions

  • Submit the appeal request with a copy of the first instance judgment , the documents supporting its appeal, and the personal identification documents of the appeal submitter and the power of attorney if the appeal is submitted by an authorized lawyer and copies of the appeal request should be provided in the same number as the parties being appealed against, as well as one copy for the court registry.
  • Requirements in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law and other laws related to Tax Appeal such as Tax Law.
