- In the case of renewing the pharmaceutical warehouse license, a contract with a specialized company for the disposal of expired and damaged medications must be attached.
- In the case of renewing the pharmaceutical warehouse license, a refrigerated transportation method must be provided, or a lease contract for a refrigerated vehicle must be submitted.
