Special conditions
- The beneficiary must comply with the provisions of the Fisheries Law, the Protection of Aquatic Wealth, its executive regulations, and related decisions.
- It is required that the beneficiary has not been convicted of violating the Fisheries Law within the last two years prior to the determination of their eligibility for support.
- The ministry has the right to take the necessary measures to ensure that the beneficiary does not dispose of the boat, ship, equipment, devices, or facilities obtained through the support.
- Support is granted based on the priority of requests that meet the requirements, and cannot be transferred to another person except in case of death, where it is granted to an eligible heir based on the agreement of the other heirs and the ministry's approval.
