Special conditions
- The fishing license must be valid
- The ship license must be valid
- All foreign workers’ licenses on board the ship must be valid
- All foreign workers registered with the Ministry of Labor must be licensed to work on board the fishing ship
- The navigation permit issued by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology must be valid
