- The laboratory should be far from sources of disease infection.
- The building should be built on a suitable and sufficient area for ease of work and distribution of devices and equipment.
- The laboratory floor should be made of a material that prevents water leakage and has proper drainage systems.
- The hatchery should have appropriate electric lighting and air conditioning with suction fans that suit the laboratory area to ensure continuous air renewal.
- The hatchery should be built taking into account the internal planning of the parts.
- Providing a specialized technical staff to manage the work.
- Ensuring waste disposal in healthy ways.
