- • Obtaining a license to produce agricultural soil amendments • The investor must pay the contribution fees of the Agricultural and Fisheries Development Fund at the Fund’s headquarters in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries before the license is issued. • The investor must commit to obtaining the approvals of the relevant authorities • The investor must adhere to all technical requirements related to fertilizer factories
