Special conditions
- Registration in all types of taxes is required if the company's activity requires it
- The amount requested must not exceed five years after the excess amount is identified
- Tax assessment must be made for the year to be refunded
- Taxpayer must have submitted all tax returns
- Taxpayer should pay all tax dues
