Eligibility:

Omani citizenship.

Residency in the Sultanate of Oman.

Loss of one or both parents, or if one or both parents are unknown.
Required Data:

Civil number, with confirmation of contact and residence details as per the civil record of the Royal Oman Police.

Personal bank account.

Recorded death incident of the father or mother in the civil status record.
