Special conditions
- The beneficiary must hold a permit from the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism and the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion.
- The performing group's members must be outside the Sultanate of Oman to apply for the visa.
- The performing group's members must not hold other valid visas to enter the Sultanate of Oman.
