This service enables foreigners desiring to invest in Oman to get an investor visa based on a certificate issued from the competent authority, and they must get a work visa from the Ministry of Labour if they wish to live and work in the company they are investing in.

- The applicant's age must not be less than (21) years.
- To be submit the application through the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion after meeting the investment conditions.
