Get Executory Formula
This service enables you to submit a request to the court clerk to get the executive version of the official copy of the judgment, in accordance with the provisions of Article (175) of the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law.

Special conditions
- The applicant must be present in person or represented by an agent or lawyer
- The request to get the executive formula must be submitted through the website of the Supreme Judicial Council and the formula must be received electronically from the same website.
- The case number must be brought to the court
- The personal ID card must be brought to verify the recipient’s status in the case.
