Steps

Special conditions

  • Payment of the dues must be completed within 3 months
  • The service is available to those who meet the grant requirements
  • It is not necessary to reach the citizen's turn to grant residential lands
  • It is not permissible to sell the land until construction is completed
  • The initial reservation must be confirmed within 5 days
  • You can’t move between housing options unless by cancelling the initial reservation
  • You can only benefit once from this service
