Special conditions
- For Omanis: - Must be of Omani nationality. - Must be at least 21 years old. - Must hold a relevant academic qualification or have practiced the profession regularly for at least two years. - Must have full legal capacity. - Must have a good reputation and character, with no prior conviction for a crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty, unless rehabilitated. For Non-Omanis: - Must hold a university qualification in their field of work and demonstrate at least five years of experience in radio, television, or journalism. - Must possess a valid radio/television work card or press card from their home country. - Must have a good reputation and character, with no prior conviction for a crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty, unless rehabilitated.
