Special conditions
- The location of the blood donation campaign must be within the boundaries of Muscat Governorate, excluding the neighboring Wilayats
- The blood donation campaign should be held in official buildings, and it can also be organized in public gathering places such as halls and councils, provided they include amenities such as prayer rooms and restrooms
- Official approval from the interested entity to organize the blood campaign must be obtained
- The expected number of blood donors in the blood donation campaign should not be less than 50 donors and should not exceed 250 donors per day
